Big Box Storage Company was founded in 1995 to offer quality Self Storage in the South East of England. Based in Brighton, the company has expanded to operate Centres in Mid-Sussex, Maidstone, Ipswich and Norwich, along with three Centres in the Brighton area. Co-founders, brothers Mike and Peter Rayner still run the company, with a dedicated management team.

The company aims to open more Self Storage Centres throughout the South East of England in the future, and welcomes approaches from property agents / developers for suitable properties.

The criteria we aim to achieve are:
• High prominence buildings (i.e. main road frontage), preferably close to retail park, or major grocer / DIY centre.
• Close to centre of A,B,C demographics and concentration of small and large businesses.
• Minimum 100,000 population within 15-20 minute drive time.
• Minimum 15,000 sq ft with 8m eaves, or 25,000 sq ft with 5.5m eaves
• Freehold preferred.
