You should have a minimum 2 years’ direct sales / retail experience, and have a high level of numeracy and literacy, coupled with a desire to succeed, and a flexibility in approach. The role ensures company profitability through a very high standard of sales activity and organisational management. You will be expected to achieve the financial targets set out each month for the centre, by maximizing all opportunities for increasing occupancy and revenue withing the centre. You will be involved with the Sales Manager in devising and carrying out marketing and sales plans in your local area You will have responsibility for providing a safe, clean Centre for customers and staff. It will be your duty to maintain compliance with all company operational and financial procedures.

Assistant Manager
Salary £21,000 - £24,000 inc Bonus

Working closely with the Centre Manager to achieve the sales objectives of the Centre, you will be expected to assume control of the Centre in the manager’s absence. You will be expected to provide financial figures and reporting information for the company on a weekly basis, and deal with all customer enquiries in a caring, efficient manner. You will ensure that cleaning and housekeeping enable a very high quality, professional appearance for the Centre at all times, with special regard being given to all Health and Safety matters.

Sales Assistant
Salary £18,000 - £19,000 inc Bonus

You will be an energetic team player, providing responsive, attentive assistance to all customers, whilst seeking to maximize sales for the company. You will deal with the sales administration, and take a lead role with cleaning and housekeeping, to provide a high quality, professional appearance for the Centre. You will comply with all current Health and Safety legislation in order to ensure the safe running of the Centre.
