DIRECTIONS
From Maidstone Town Centre
Take A229 towards Hastings. At the fork in the road with the A274, follow A274 for Langley / Sutton Valence. Go past Kent Police Headquarters and Morrisons, both on your right, and follow signs for the right turn in to Park Wood Industrial Estate. This takes you in to Bircholt Road. the Maidstone Big Box Storage Centre is clearly visible on the right side of the road.

From M20 (West and East) / A249 (Medway)
Take Junction 7 exit from M20. From the roundabout at Junction 7 follow signs for Maidstone / Bearstead, and at the next junction take the left slip lane for Bearstead. Take the right turn in to New Cut Road, and follow this road until you reach the T Junction with the A20. Turn left, heading in to Bearstead. At the traffic lights at the top of the hill, turn right in to Willington Street, and follow this road until a T junction with the A274. Turn left, and follow signs for the right turn in to Park Wood Industrial Estate. This takes you in to Bircholt Road. Big Box Storage Centre is clearly visible on the right side of the road.
